We seek to inspire extraordinary women to new heights in their personal and professional lives through selective social endeavors,leadership opportunities and fraternal fellowship. Our goal is to initiate women with a desire to promote the ideas and programs of Kappa Alpha Lambda Sorority, Inc. through visibility and action.

Here are some basic requirements for membership:
1. Identify as a feminine lesbian female
2. Must be 18 of age or older
3. Must be a registered voter
4. Must have high school diploma
5. Active member of her community in the service arena
6. Prepare to commit to a pledge intake period
